Lazy Meal: Peas + Feta

Super lazy, super tasty, 5 minutes from go to whoa.

  1. Cook frozen peas (3 mins).
  2. Crumble creamy feta over top (1 min).
  3. Add gluten-free poppy seed toast with creamy New Zealand butter (1 min).

Sweet tender baby peas combined with soft, salty, just-starting-to-melt feta and rich smooth buttery toast, heaven!
