Day Nine
I’ve just spent 3 days working down in Wellington, so I needed to pack a self-stitched wardrobe for the trip and as I do a fair bit of travel, I like to pack light. So I took my navy double-knit dress, my black wide leg pants (of course), gingham top, and my just finished Simplicity 2614. These, along with a black cardi from glassons, and my Teal coat from Veronika Maine worked just fine.

Day Eight
The weather was pretty great so I ended up too warm in my coat – another sign Spring is arriving.

Unfortunately, I was running late for my flight on Tuesday morning (it was really early) so I had to take photos of Day Seven, in the awful hotel lighting. I finished this shirt late on Monday night, so I’ll do a proper post once I’ve given it a press and have some real light.
