A sweet start to summer.
1. Grate some chocolate.
2. Fold into 250g (8.5oz) of sour cream.
3. Add 1-2 tbs sugar… or if you are chaotic like me and have not an ounce of sugar in the house but a full jar of Windfall Foods Passionfruit Curd from Matakana market you can substitute that!
4. Hull and halve a punnet of strawberries.
5. Place Chocolate Sour Cream in a small dish for friends to dip elegantly.
6. Or tip it on top and share with no-one.
